Terms and conditions of service

General terms of business
By placing an order with the B-Ticket system online store, you, the Client, acknowledge that you have read all the information made available to you during the purchase procedure and that you fully accept the general and the payment terms described hereinafter.
The Client is not entitled to reparation for damages or to compensation, nor to any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things due to the failure to accept an order, even partially.
Booking and purchasing tickets
Order confirmation
Once payment has been successfully made, an order confirmation containing a transaction identification code will be displayed by the system.
Shortly after, you will also receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail indicating the type of tickets purchased, the price paid and the procedure for picking up your tickets.
Tickets pick-up
The ticket/s can be picked up at the ticket booths of the Museums upon presentation of the purchase confirmation e-mail.
The ticket/s can also be picked up by someone other than the e-mail addressee.
Cumulative ticket
The Uffizi Galleries’ cumulative ticket owner must keep the admission ticket until they have visited all the Museums. When purchasing the ticket it is mandatory to choose the day and the hour you wish to enter the Uffizi, which is compulsorily the first museum to visit.
Refunds
No refunds will be given in case of cancellation by the user or wrong purchase. Furthermore, no refunds will be given for purchased but unclaimed tickets.
Confirmed reservations cannot be modified
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal from the contract
We inform the Customer that, since the Contract provides for the supply of services related to leisure activities that the Promoter undertakes to provide for a specific date, the Contract, pursuant to Art. 59, para. I, lett. n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for by Art. 52 of the Consumer Code shall not apply to the Contract. Therefore, the Customer may not exercise this right in relation to the Tickets purchase.
Reduced price tickets
Fifty percent reduction for European Union citizens aged 18 to 25. Proof of eligibility for reduced-price tickets must be presented when picking up your tickets.
Passepartout Family
Valid for two adults and an unlimited number of children. Unlimited priority admission, valid 1 year starting from the date chosen by the visitor at the time of the pass issue, to all the museums: Uffizi, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens
Free admission
Free admission is available to::
Proof of eligibility for free admission must be presented when picking up your ticket/s.
Admission is free of charge and no booking is required for children under six years of age (also non EU citizens).

Disabled persons
Persons with disabilities are entitled by law to free priority access to all State Museums of Florence for themselves and for a companion, if so specified in the disability certificate. Simply go to the museum you wish to visit and the reception staff will handle all your needs.
Please note that the State Museums of Florence can offer you temporary use of a wheelchair free-of-charge against deposit of a valid identity document.
